Dr. Sumant S. Kulkarni

REVA University, Bangalore, India

Dr. Sumant K. Kulkarni completed his PG in Structural Engineering and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience. Presently he is Professor at School of Engineering & Technology, Reva University, Bangalore. Also, he worked as Editor of International Journal of STEAM. He has published more than 25 research papers in SCI/SCIE/WoS/Scopus journals. He has published 04 patents, 06 copyrights, 12 books, and 05 book chapters in Springer and Elsevier. Dr. Kulkarni was worked as a convenor as well as session chairs for international conferences. Dr. Kulkarni has received a Global Eminent Researcher Award in 2022.
Dr. Kulkarni is licensed structural consultant since 2017, approved by Pune Municipal Corporation (License No. 675B). His consultancy includes providing structural stability certificates for residential and industrial buildings, and designing structural steel for projects like a school portico in Kopargaon, Maharashtra. He has supervised RCC slab work for projects like the Flora Institute of Technology, Pune.

Dr. Sreekeshava K. S.

Jyothy Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India

Dr. Sreekeshava K. S completed his PG in Structural Engineering and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. He has more than nine years of teaching experience and works as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department at Jyothy Institute of Technology. His works on Earthquake Engineering, Concrete Technology, Soil-Structure Interaction, Application of GIS in Water Resources Engineering and Masonry Structures are published in various international journals. He has many publications which includes Springer and Taylor Francis book chapters. In his short duration of teaching experience, he has authored two books including “Elements of Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics” and “Mechanics of materials”.
Dr. Sreekeshava K.S was the organizing chair of G20 C20 International Conference on interdisciplinary approaches in Civil Engineering for Sustainable Development (IACESD-2023) and has Edited Six publications of the select proceedings under Springer, Singapore publications and one under CRC Press, Taylor & Francis publication.
He is currently supervising three Ph.D. research scholars. He is also involved in several civil engineering consultancy services which include planning, designing of structures, proof checking, third party inspection and consultant for Axel maps Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru.

Dr. Appaso M. Gadade

Thapar Institute of Engg. & Tech. (Deemed to be University), Patiala, India

Dr. Appaso M Gadade has completed his PhD from SVNIT Surat, India, ME (Pune University, India), BE (Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, India) and is presently Assistant Professor at Mechanical Engineering Department of Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (Deemed to be University), Patiala. He worked as a faculty at Army Institute of Technology, Pune (2004–2019) and at Walchand College of Engineering Sangli (Govt Autonomous), India (March 2019–Dec 2019).
Dr. Gadade has published 15 International journal papers and 22 conference papers. He has supervised 11 Master students in the area of failure and damage mechanics of smart structures using advanced computational tools. His research interests are failure and damage mechanics, uncertainty quantification, stochastic finite element analysis and smart materials and structures.

Dr. Aniket C. Patil

Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, India

Dr. Aniket C. Patil is an academician and researcher with 16+ years of experience in mechanical design and numerical analysis. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He further specialized in Product Development and Industrial Design, obtaining his Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Jönköping University, Sweden in 2008. Dr. Patil's professional journey commenced as a Design Engineer at Robert Bosch Produktie NV, Belgium, followed by his pivotal role as a Scientist-II at Northern Research Institute (NORUT) and SINTEF in Norway. From 2010 to 2022, he contributed to high-impact projects funded by the Norwegian Research Council and industry partners, which provided the foundation for his doctoral studies. In 2022, he has been awarded his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Luleå Tekniska Universitet, Sweden. His academic path also included a brief tenure in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at AMITY University, Maharashtra, before joining WCE, Sangli.
Dr. Patil’s research expertise lies in advanced numerical simulation techniques, particularly in Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Cohesive Element Method (CEM), and Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH). His work has successfully modelled complex ice-structure interactions and large deformations in Engineering Materials.

Dr. Shalini Sharma

Medi-Caps University, Indore, India

Dr. Shalini Sharma has completed her Ph. D. from Bhopal University, Bhopal, India in the year 2014. She is currently working at Medi-Caps University, Indore as an assistant professor since 2022 and has 18 years teaching and research experience.
Dr. S. Sharma has published various research papers in SCI/WoS/Scopus journals and book chapters also. She has published book entitled Recent Trends in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology for Future Development. Along-with this, she has published Indian and United Kingdom patents. Her research aera of interest includes synthesis of nanomaterials, physico-chemical water analysis, etc.
